Ask the on-site learners to bring a laptop and log into the online stream while muting their sound to prevent distraction from hearing the lecturer’s presentation both in the room and online. Create a project for them to work on with one another, and use collaborative applications like Google Docs, for example, so they can communicate and work together in real-time. This method will motivate learners to learn passionately and ensure a seamless learning experience for all parties involved.
